Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund & Return Policy explains how Galactic Tavern Co. handles refunds, returns, and exchanges for physical and digital products.


1. General Overview

  • Physical products (print-on-demand): We primarily accept returns or offer replacements if there is a manufacturing defect, misprint, or damage during shipping.
  • Digital products: All sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered/accessed.

2. Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)

2.1 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • within 14 days of delivery.
  • Include:
    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the item and any damage or misprint

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with our print-on-demand partner (e.g., Printful) to:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, or
  • Offer a refund or store credit, at our discretion.

2.2 Wrong Size or Buyer’s Remorse

Because our products are made to order, and detailed size charts and product information are provided on the product page:

We generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Changing your mind about a design or product

However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re unhappy with a fit or product, please contact us at returns@galactictavernco.com

  • A one-time size exchange, and/or
  • A discount or store credit for a new order

2.3 Return Shipping

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • If a return is approved (e.g., for damaged or incorrect items), we will provide instructions.
  • In many cases for print-on-demand products, items are not physically returned but replaced directly by the provider.
  • If a physical return is required, who pays shipping may depend on the reason for the return and applicable law.

3. Digital Products (Downloads, PDFs, etc.)

All digital product sales are final:

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered for digital products, under any circumstances, once the file has been delivered/accessed or the download link has been sent.

If you experience a technical issue (e.g., corrupted file, download not working), contact us at returns@galactictavernco.com

  • Re-send the download link, or
  • Provide a working version of the file.

4. Order Changes and Cancellations

Because print-on-demand products go into production quickly:

  • Order changes or cancellations may only be possible within a very short time window after purchase.

, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started.


5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will typically be issued:

  • To the original payment method, where possible, or
