Questions About Orders & Shipping
If you’re writing about a physical product order (like shirts, hoodies, or other print-on-demand gear),
please include:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A brief description of the issue (wrong size, damaged item, misprint, etc.)
We partner with print-on-demand fulfillment providers to produce and ship your items, so photos of any
damage or misprints are super helpful when we sort things out with our printer.

Having trouble with a download, generator, or adventure?
Please include:
- The product or file name
- Where you purchased it (our shop, Etsy, etc.)
- A short description of what’s going wrong (download link not working, file issue, etc.)
